Personal Training At CrossFit Release
Our personal training programs are tailored to help you achieve your unique fitness goals, whether you’re preparing for a race, joining the army, or simply looking to get fit. We offer 1-hour sessions with certified trainers, either as solo training or semi-private, where you can bring a friend and share the cost. Each session focuses on targeted goals like strength, mobility, cardiovascular health, and technique, ensuring you make the most of every workout.
Experienced PT's
Our personal training sessions are led by a team of accredited coaches with expertise in weightlifting, personal training, and CrossFit. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, our trainers are skilled in tailoring programs to meet your needs. They focus on perfecting your technique, ensuring you get the most out of every workout, and offering support for all fitness levels. We also provide NDIS-friendly services, making our programs accessible to individuals of all ages and abilities, including older adults focused on mobility and functional fitness.

Our Timetable Is Flexible
Personal training sessions are available by appointment, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs. Whether you’re free early mornings, late afternoons, or weekends, we’ll find a time that works for you.
