What Is CrossFit Teens ?
CrossFit Teens is a 45-minute program, run 3 times a week by our experienced coaches. Teenagers have unique fitness needs and goals, that’s why our qualified coaches develop specialised workouts for teens. Our programs focus on functional movements, agility training, and age-appropriate strength and conditioning exercises.
We work on building confidence and teamwork, scaling to suit the teens’ strength and fitness levels, wherever they are at. Our classes are suitable for seasoned athletes or complete beginners.
Who Can Join ?
CrossFit Teens is suitable for teenagers aged 12 to 16 years old.
Where Are The Classes Held ?
All classes are held at our CrossFit Release Gym at 2/36 Edwin Campion Drive, Monkland (Behind Harvey Norman)
When Are The Workouts ?
The CrossFit Teens Classes are run every Monday, Wednesday & Thursday during school terms between 3:45pm and 4:30pm. View our timetable here.
