CrossFit For Beginners

All classes are held at our CrossFit Release Box at 2/36 Edwin Campion Drive, Monkland (Behind Harvey Norman)

CrossFit Classes are run 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) between 5:00am and 7:30pm. Check out our Timetable for our various class times.
